Vegan coconut yogurt



  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 1–2 probiotic capsules


Pour coconut milk into medium sized bowl or mason jar. Whisk until smooth.

Open probiotic capsules and sprinkle powder on top of milk. Stir until combined.

Cover the bowl or jar with cheesecloth and seal with lid or elastic band.

Let sit (not refrigerated) for 24 hours.

Enjoy plain or add fruit and honey!

Note: This recipe works best with coconut milk that contains guar gum and probiotic capsules that do not contain prebiotics. Separation is normal!
